Delete My Data

You can ask us to delete your Glolly account and the personal information we have about you at any time. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@glolly.com and include the following so we can find your account and confirm it's really you:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your full name (the name on the account)
- The email address or phone number you used to sign up
- Your business name, if you signed up as a business
What happens next
We'll reply to confirm we received your request, usually within a few business days. Once we've confirmed your identity, we'll delete your account and personal data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
Your profile, contact details, business info, and any content you've added to Glolly will be removed from our systems.
What we may keep
We may need to hold on to a small amount of information for a limited time if the law requires it — for example, basic records of payments for tax and accounting. Anything we keep is locked down and only used for those legal reasons.
